Bradley P.  Walters, Executive Director

Mr. Walters is Executive Director the Associated Building Contractors of the Triple Cities in Binghamton, NY. Mr. Walters has twenty-two years of experience in the construction industry, which includes civil engineering, land use planning, zoning and infrastructure development. Mr. Walters earned his bachelors degree from Edinboro University.

Linda Pospisil, Office Manager 

Mrs. Pospisil is the Office Manager, and as such, the main point of contact for members. She assists members with benefits, access to our Plan Room, coordination of events.

Cheryl Phalanski, Plan Room Coordinator

As the Plan Room Coordinator, Mrs. Beckerink collects, compiles, coordinates and inputs construction project data for construction projects in South Centyral New York State and Northern Pennsylvania.
